Beanstream’s Python SDK Has Arrived

We are pleased to announce that the Beanstream Python SDK is ready for mass consumption. For this SDK we teamed up with Riipen to recruit students looking for work experience, and what better experience than to collaborate on an open source project. Everyone worked hard and helped produce an awesome SDK that will make taking payments in Python even easier than before.

The SDK provides more features beyond just taking payments. You can return payments, pre-authorize them, store payments using Payment Profiles, and run reports on payments. That’s just the start though, we have new features coming to this SDK and others in the coming month, so stay tuned.

You can check out the SDK on the Code Garden or on GitHub. It’s open source so if you would like to see something changed or if you find a bug, feel free to contact us or help out by submitting a pull request.
